Weight Watchers At-Work

More than 10,000 corporations have hosted At Work Meetings in the US because they work. Research shows that people who attend Weight Watchers meetings lose three times more weight than people dieting on their own (*see source below).

UND Weight-Watchers At-Work Program:

Tuesdays
Merrifield Hall - Room 312
Weigh-in: 4:15pm
Meeting: 4:45pm-5:15pm
Leader: Tanya Butler

Open to faculty, staff, students, retirees, UND affiliates (alumni office, bookstore, REA, etc.)

Work Well will be providing at least $35 in return for those completing 14 of the 17 session series.
