UND Walking Challenge
Overview:This was a 6-week challenge for staff and faculty at UND to track steps for a healthier YOU!
Results: Many of you achieved personal goals, increased physical activity, and modified behaviors, such as walking to work rather than driving!!!!
WAY TO GO UND STAFF AND FACULTY!
Prizes: The Grand Prizes were given to an individual and team with the highest number of steps.
Individual Challenge:
- 1st Place: Stephen Vogt = 1,144,715 steps. Department: Mailing Services Grand Prize Winner: $60 to Scheel’s Sports
- 2nd Place: Schwann Decker = 924,500 steps. Department: Physical Therapy
- 3rd Place: Gloria Matejcek = 658,549 steps. Department: Disability Services
Team Challenge:
- 1st Place: Postal Dups: 5,255,020 steps
