Time: 12:10 PM - 12:50 PM

Instructor(s): Karina Wittmann

If you need a little extra help with your resolution, whatever it is, join us!

PRIOR TO THE SESSION: Please submit your nutrition-related resolution to Karina Wittmann by Wednesday, January 20 (karinawittman@mail.und.edu or 777-0210) and as a group we can brainstorm and discuss ways for you to really stick with your resolution this year!
