I've been doing better since the last video was made

I find, for the most part, I make healthy choices about food but I need to practice portion control! Using a smaller diner plate and drinking lots of water throughout the meal is helping with that. Writing down what I eat is also helpful to me as I can see if I've met the daily requirements and then stop there!!

Resolution #1...to continue to exercise daily
I am finally starting to see some results - but have felt that I have been working very hard. Some days I feel like giving up, then I talk with Leah and she puts things in perspective. Don't know what I would do without her.....she's like my breath of fresh air! I would also like to thank Amanda and Kayla for taking the time and patience to work out with me over the Winter break!
